Unfriendly and unwelcoming staff. Shame because it's a nice place. I would have enjoyed the experience had it not been a 'clicky' pub. Chester is spoilt for choice when it comes to lovely places to drink. You would think these guys couldn't afford to be rude and unwelcoming. Strongly advised to explore one of the many other lovely local pubs instead and keep well away from a place which thinks too highly of itself and with staff who think they are far more important than they actually are.
