I go in this pub 3/4 a week, it's a bit like an estate pub, friendly staff, sensibly priced ales, cheaper than the Acomb WMC up the road.

New manager been in a few months, seem to have settled in ok.

It's on a the No.1 bus route, buses pass every 10/15 mins.

Could do with being a bit warmer in winter, all in all it gets a 7/10 from me.
