Lauders gets a bad press at times, situated at the bottom of Sauchiehall Street and near Buchanan street and all the shops, cinemas etc it's almost always busy with shoppers, casual drinkers and locals (some have a few too many but rarely trouble). It's not a classy (ie trendy) bar but it nice enough (and large)most imprtantly it serves a great pint, & has a really good selection of beers/spirits (inc Tennants 2% Pilsner) and the food is pretty good also. Bar staff get the job done and are nice enough. Toilets clean and tidy although if you've not been in before (or nout used to Scots) dont do a double take the Gents are called the "Laddies" (its not the Ladies). TVs are dotted about but are not noisey (sometime there off with text only) so you can have a chat - attracts a mixed crowd 18 -80. Worth a visit
