The name of the pub on smithdown known as the little house was the Sefton arms on the corner of thornycroft road and smithdown road it was a great little friendly pub pulled down now flats

Does anyone remember a pub nicknamed the Little House on smithdown road in the late 60s/70s? I think it's real name was the Shropshire arms,can anyone confirm this?

In 1978 I am sure there used to be a pub between the Campfield and the Boundary. It was little more than a front parlour, and I think it closed around 1979. We used to call it the Smithdown 13 because we started at The Oxford (then a Higsons pub), walked up to the Coach & Horse on Lodge Lane (a Thwaites pub) and then up to the Boundary.
