The manager of the bar is very strange. As said by one of his staff. I have never been barred from any bar in all my life. And yet he, jealous of me talking to a bar maid there. As he went up to her saying he's looking st bums. Which was not true, but because he was jealous. He barred me. I will certainly not lose any sleep from this unfriendly false pub

This pub is not so friendly. I am a well-behaved pensioner, but it was obvious that the landlord didn't want to serve me, as I'm not a regular customer.

There are so many warm and welcoming pubs in Liverpool. This is not one of those, so I won't go in again.

One of Liverpool's finest pubs. Winner of Liverpool CAMRA Pub of the Year 2010 and 2011. A choice of 7 real ales and a cider on handpump. Dave and Pauline have really turned this pub into a must on the real ale trail around the City. Their ale is always spot on and the pub has the feel of a friendly local.
