My 2 friends and I went in there last Wed. at about 1pm after a spot of shopping. We all ordered at about the same time and one friend's food (an unimpressive ham and eggs with chips) arrived fairly swiftly. Some 20 mins after I ordered the veggie curry the waiter told me they had 'run out' - yeh, at 1pm?! Assuming my other friend's food (fish and chips) would arrive soon I just asked for a bowl of carrot and coriander soup for speed. 10 mins later I was told they had none of that but he knew they had Italian tomato. I ordered it. My friend was by now worried about getting a parking ticket as we had already been in there a lot longer than we had expected so went off to mover her car. My soup arrived and was very tasy and eventually her meal did whilst she was away. So when she got back it was luke-warm. Eating seperately like that and after a good hour's wait was certainly not what we had envisaged and we will not be going back there again.

this pub is ALWAYS dirty..........many of my family and friends wont go again!!!!!!!
