We popped in just for a quick drink.. but ended up spending the afternoon on the sofa in front of the open fire..so we order food and my GOD was it good. I would recommend anyone to visit and try this place out.

I was out with the kids walking the dogs when the heavens opened. We saw the pub and asked if we could bring the kids and a rather wet dog. We where welcomed with open arms and made to feel so welcome by the new owners. We had such a nice time with them we booked Sunday lunch. The roast was lovely and home made proper roast potatoes and fresh veg from pennys dads veg patch. I would recommend this place to anyone. Plus my husband even got to watch football.
