Visiting last night after an absence of many years we were disappointed to find things had not changed much, only the decor. We stopped going because of the unsavoury element who started to frequent this pub in a select area. Whilst the very few customers who were in last night were perfectly respetable we did not feel it fitting that the landlady had not made any attempt to smarten up and was resplendent in joggers and a vest tea shirt. - on a Sat night.No effort had been made with appearance or dress. No welcoming banter was exchanged only by the young bar staff who were welcoming. Smarten up your act if you wish to encourage local residents.
