The challenge is trying to get into these pubs. Just returned from a Stag W/E 19 well behaved Lancastrians (no chavs 40+ age group) with only a good time in mind,out of the 14 pubs 8 refused entry with 1 not having a single person in there it was 12:45 in the aft!! Unbelievable. Night time is no better, round the Grassmarket all bar 1 refusing on the grounds of "Too many" even upon splitting up it seems the bouncers had been tipped off, the the hand being raised before we were 20ft away! then to be leaped frogged by 30 giggling hens in fancy dress seriously started to p@SS ppl off. NEVER again shall we grace our presence in Edinburgh. Do yourself a favour guys go abroad it's frendlier, cheaper & helluva lot more fun.
