I attendend the Hove (Sussex) branch of "Blind Busker"

Ordered butternut squash risotto.

Portion size of the dish was ridiculously small.

Waiter asked for feedback - I informed him about portion size issue. He said he would ask the manager to come and discuss a discount.

Manager arrived and said that the portion sizes were set out by head office (no apology).

Manager then said she would go and talk to the chef and discuss a discount.

I waited for 30 mins - Manager never returned?

I left feeling completely cheated.

just wanted to say thanks for a great weekend - it was my best friends hen party and we had a great time in your pub. The food was amazing and great value for money, the service was warm, friendly and fun. Thanks again for a great time.
