Had a meal here with friends after hearing a good review.

Try their fish (battered) and chips. Absolutely superb. Decor maybe a little dated but, who cares, with good service and a warm welcome on arrival. Yes, I shall return here. 10 out of ten!!

whilst stying in Edinburgh City centre this pub was recommended to us by the hotel we were staying at,it was well worth the 5/6 mile trek out of Edinburgh,GREAT FOOD,GREAT PINT OF COURAGE DIRECTORS TWO BIG PLASMAS FOR THE SPORT, WE WILL DEFINETLY BE BACK NEXT TIME WE ARE IN EDINBURGH!

HAD A LOVELY MEAL HERE THE OTHER DAY,I HAD HIGHLAND CHICKEN WHICH WAS GORGEOUS AND MY FRIEND HAD THE HOMEMADE SEAFOOD CHOWDER WHICH SHE FOUND WAS EQUALLY ENJOYABLE,LOVELY TRADITIONAL FRIENDLY AND UNPRETENTIOUS ESTABLISHMENT!!CANT WAIT TO GO BACK.
