The Partick Tavern is a pub I stumbled upon by accident. Being directly opposite Kelvinhall underground station,we headed here after getting off the tube.

The food here is of a good quality and very reasonably priced. While the bar can get very busy (there was only one member of staff behind the bar?!) the service is still very good.

It gets very busy here during matches (multiple large screens) but it seems to be a nice crowd and I've never witnessed any trouble here. Great for a family lunch! Even games for the children are provided as well as kids menus.
