booked a table for 5 people on Sunday 11th Nov 2012 was told meals served until 8pm

Service in restaurant very poor-only seems to be 1 girl trying to do all jobs-lack of a leader.

Plates and glasses left on table -had to ask to be moved.

ordered sweets-never came-had to ask for them as the staff too busy closing carvery at 6pm- custard on sweets cold.

Customers still coming in after 6pm -being turned away..sign outside says 8pm

we wont be back-very poor!!
