This pub has had a massive refurbishment over the last year and oh what an improvement. The place is spotless, excellent choice of beers. Great tasting traditional cask beers, noticed they had won an award for best cask ales. Fab decking on side of the building this is the smoking area with heaters and lights so can be used all year round. Well maintained gardens. The staff were very friendly and if you are just looking for a snack, sandwich, pie and peas or maybe a toasty they serve Tues to Sat lunch times. Highly recommend this public house and well done.
