This pub has had a few owners over the last couple of years, but now it has karen n steve who are working hard to get it up n running. They are doing a great job so far, attracting a mixed age clientele, serving homemade food all day until 6.30pm and it is all homemade, nothing microwaved or frozen veg, all cooked by karen herself, (you must try karens home cooked chips, Mmm delicious) this is a family run pub with daughters on the bar, steve sorting log fires, great music n the general heavy work.

There is a tribute night once a month as well as occasionally other artists other weekends, theres dj n kareoke every week and a great friendly atmosphere.

They cater for small partys n if its a childs then bouncy castle go,es up!

All in all no matter what time of day you go in, you can be surf of a friendly welcome and a relaxing atmosphere.
