The Roundhead has been through a number of changes over the last few years.

It has new people running it and making a real effort to give it a go. Both bars are newly decorated and there is entertainment at least every other weekend.

It is becoming a real community pub with a quiz on Wednesday evenings, Bingo on Thursday evenings and a Sunday afternoon meat raffle, 'Play Your Cards Right' and 'Open the Box' (with a prize climbing towards £1000) with entry to all these via a raffle ticket (a single ticket could win you the lot!).

A selection of lagers and ciders are on sale with London Pride for the real ale drinker.

This is a friendly pub of a sort that used to be common years ago but is all too rare now.
