The Glaswegian lost its licence for a year due to sectarian issues (offensive singing / fighting etc..) but has since reopened as The Riverfront. Don't know if the same clientele still frequent it so can't comment on its suitability. The Laurieston and Sou'wester opposite, although classed as "old mens pubs" are worth a visit for a pie and pint before resuming the crawl.

The Hayburn at Partick has changed hands and was refurbished, reopening just before Xmas and renamed the Doc'n'Doris.
