We met up at the Jacaranda at 1.30 pm. Did not like the Jacaranda too much so went to the Marlborough next door for one. We did not like the Swan, it was dimly lit in pink but it did have a pretty good jukebox.

All the other pubs we went to (all those on Newtsy's list) were good.

We enjoyed the walk around an area of Liverpool we had not been to before. The highlight was always going to be the Philharmonic, I've not been there for years but as ever it has not changed one bit. The 3 guys I took with me were amazed. We added the Adelphi on to the end of the list and was quite impressed. We had a game of pool and then cought the 8.24 home to Lancaster from Lime St Station. All in all a brilliant winter's afternoon out. Thanks Newtsy - we'll be back.If anyone wants a pub crawl list in Lancaster let me know. There's plenty of decent pubs here too!
