I've not been to r bar for years, and after a recent visit to this once old and tatty meat market, I was very impressed, the drinks prices, music, staff, it was just a great night out, we got there at about 9 or so as it was hotting up, and stayed till around 1am, apparently it's open unto 6am now, but I'm fat too old for that hour nowadays. It's rare to find somewhere that inviting in brighton nowadays, and the upstairs cocktail lounge was excellent, definately turned a corner recently, I will certainly be going back
