Went to a wedding reception here in 2008. The Terraces is in a fantastic location overlooking the palace pier with a large outside terrace (unsuprisingly). The food we had was pretty good - although have heard the general restaurant food can be average - and is pleasant place to spend a summers evening getting lubricated.
