I have just held a private party at Sloans. I was not informed prior to the event that minors would have to leave by 10 pm. Had I been thus informed I would have sought a different kind of establishment for my party, such as a private home, for example, or a hotel. At the party, a waiter requested the children be removed. I refused. The waiter called the police though they charged no-one and the children stayed. However, by this time my party was ruined and I have since received strongly-worded statements contradicting my truthful affirmations. Should you wish to party at Sloans I suggest you request a written contract detailing the conditions of the event in full.
