Situated at the corner of Mitchel lane Ross's is a traditional type bar. A good selection of beers, spirits are on offer all at reasonable prices with olts of offers. The Bar staff are nice and you get served quickly. Food is ok amd you get lot of it (usual pub fair)lots of seating available (with a food area at the back) an a long traditional old style bar for those wanting to stand. TVs are dotted around the place never to loud (sometime with text on etc) and sgenerally shows sports/football scores on Saturday up until around 6pm then its the signing!!! Singers it has to be asid are pretty good but can be loud but they do attract a lot of folk out for a song and a drink. A safe pub and usually a good night or few hours - clientele is mixed and rarely (if ever) any trouble - well worth a visit - McS

Situated on the Corner of Merchant Lane Ross' is very central for the shops (Buchanan, Argyle st etc) and Rail Stations. A favourite of mine for a Saturday pint & watching the football/results on the big screen tvs. A traditional looking bar with a long dark wooden bar and wooden floors, plenty of seating (and n aarea at the back to eat)with ample bar stools. Has a nice selection of drinks & promotions available (along with papers to read). During the day until around 6;30pmish it's basically a guys pub - after that the karaoke / music arrives - music is mostly top 10 funky/stuff & singers (v good) usually pelt out the standards (So I head at this point). On the times I've stayed I have always had a fun night. Bar staff change a lot but are always very nice and fast to serve. Well worth a visit for a safe and fun night
