A let-down

Really poor pub, the worst customer service ever encountered in many years of drinking. Drinks advertised at £4 for a 600 ml bottle of lager, then they serve you a 300ml bottle - maybe because they think you will be too drunk to notice. If you ask to speak to the bar manager, they will call their bouncers to evict you from the premises without comment!

Went to this bar on Saturday night for the first time. I enjoyed the group but was very unhappy with the service from the bar staff, well one in particular. I asked for a vodka and lemonade and received vodka and soda water, as an ex bar person myself I know that the lemonade canister was empty and needed changing. The bar man refused to change my drink and I had to leave it. The same bar man seemed to prefer to serve the boys as my friend stood at his area of the bar for ages whilst others came and got served-shame that one bad member of staff can spoil what would have been another wise ok bar.

Have been to this bar several times. Try to make it part of my regular jaunt. since the new owners took over the place has changed for the better. Great prices on spirits with one of the largest ranges in a bar i have ever seen! The new people ensure there is live music every night of the week and there seems to be something for everyones tastes. Had some of my best nights out at this bar and I hope they carry on with the free entry and great prices.
