I went to Missoula with 2 friends. They ordered a cheeseburger each and I ordered a veggie burger, as I am vegetarian. When our burgers came, my friends had a random lettuce leaf on their plate covered in deep-fried bacon. As odd as this is, I can appreciate they want to "fancy” it up a bit. What I don’t appreciate is that my VEGGIE burger came and had big chunks on bacon beside it......why on EARTH anyone in their right mind would put deep fried chunks of animal on a plate containing a veggie burger is beyond me. To make sure that they hadn’t actually messed up my order and gave me a meat burger, I asked the manager, who was just completely passive, didn't give a crap and just spoke curtly and, quite frankly, rudely. This is the same manager who ran over with our cutlery whilst on the phone chatting and dumped it on our table. Pfft! Call that service, Missoula?
The food is good and good value for money, pity the staff are crap and the place could use a REALLY good clean!
